Why is minimum effort so important?
Because struggle creates struggle. Because force creates more force.
So stop struggling with your sessions. Follow the steps we teach in the Neville Goddard Feel It Real Power Pack: (and enjoy them)
First – perfect the State Akin To Sleep. Do two or three State Akin To Sleep ONLY “practice sessions” a day for a month, and let us know what happens. Just enter and explore the state akin to sleep for a few minutes – so it become NATURAL AND EFFORTLESS for you.
Note: You can still do your regular sessions every day too. This might sound like a lot, but really – if you do 3 “state akin to sleep” practice sessions that are just 5 minutes each – that’s ONLY 15 minutes a day.
If you do 3 Feel It Real sessions a day too – 5 minutes each – that’s only 15 more minutes. Like my one tai ji instructor asked me, “is 30 minutes a day to transform your life worth it?” (That’s how long an episode of the Simpson’s takes away from your life.)

Second: Do your DAILY Feel It Real sessions – so that you experience a scene – that implies your wish has been fulfilled.
“The event must always imply fulfillment of the wish. Always construct an event which you believe you would naturally encounter following the fulfillment of your desire. You are the judge of what event you really want to realize.” – Neville Goddard
MISTAKE MOST PEOPLE MAKE: The mistake is to focus on the “wish” itself in a session. The “Nevilile way” is to focus instead on a scene that implies the wish has been fulfilled.
And focusing on “the wish” itself, is for many people HARDER, sometimes it’s MUCH HARDER, because the “monkey mind” jumps in with problems or complications.
But imagining a scene – that implies that it is done – completely – already – and that it’s in the recent past – is easy.
Quick Example: When Neville wanted to return to the States, and there were no tickets available for months, he imagined walking up the gangplank, with his daughter and his brother, and what it felt like to be going home.
Because the problem was – he didn’t have tickets. Get it?
