I’m so impressed with the programme so far!
Within a few days, I’ve stopped all my old “law of attraction habits” like affirmations and I no longer feel like watching endless YouTubes about how to manifest.
I feel much more interested in…
…. just practicing the techniques in my day to day life. I’ve been noticing how much needless meaning I was putting on things, particularly overheard conversations or stories about people I’ve never met, and thinking that these were relevant to me.

I love that the programme is just a little bit each day and I can’t look ahead – one of my previous habits was to try and consume so much information thinking it would make me a better manifestor when all it really did was make me feel overwhelmed and pressured.

I’ve stopped all that now (effortlessly!) and just do something fun like walk or read a book instead. I’ve also noticed that my state is knocked off when I’m tired or hungry or need to exercise so I’ve been naturally drawn to keeping all those things in balance.
Can’t wait for the next lesson!
