Wow!
I’m unable to believe what I’m seeing!
As I’ve posted this before, my major objective right now is to be working is Silicon Valley, California. And I’m currently restricted by some unrealistic and nonsense visa regulations. Which are just a waste of time.
So for a few days, I’ve been FIRing myself working in the Silicon Valley on ambitious projects and today I got this news.
“H1B visa reforms in US Senate.”
The new reforms are in line with what I had imagined lovingly.
- I don’t want to “steal any job from Americans”
- I wanted it to be merit based.
- I wanted it to be eligibility, capability and expertise based. (And not random lottery based)
- I wanted it to be administered with proper legal procedures and a win win for both me and locals.
- And as it turns out I have a power to influence US senate! Geez!
My mind is blown!
For those who know how frustrating US work permits are and how much time is wasted will definitely realise how huge these reforms are! For both Americans and deserving aliens.
