“What is it that you have lost? Well, take it in your own mind’s eye and then mentally touch it and mentally appropriate it and feel that you have it, that it is yours now, and remain faithful to that assumption and see if the thing returns.”
“If the thing is recovered, you have proved that you have found Israel (a portion of him anyway) and you know how to take him and clothe him in such tones of reality that you can bring him to the Lord, for the Lord is your own wonderful consciousness.” – Neville Goddard
So what happened is that sometime around the 23rd last month my mother lost one of her a sapphire earrings. And it was supposed to have fallen in a certain room. She heard the sound and found the back of it. But we searched the whole room and the other rooms where she had walked and found nothing.
I was reading Goddard’s PDF a few nights later and he said that nothing is lost. If you have lost something then you can find it again
So the next day I took her remaining earring held it in first one hand then the other. Got the feel of it. Closed my eyes and felt it in both my hands.
- I held physically one earring…
- …and felt imaginally the other one in my right hand.
- AND saw both in my hands
This afternoon my mother came and told me that she forgot to take off her earrings and washed her hair. After that the towel caught in one and dropped it on the carpet. When she bent to pick it up next to it she saw the sapphire earring she had lost
Here is the thing …
It was in another room right int the middle of the floor where I had looked before. It was NOT there all these days and certain NOT this morning.
And it was not about the money. It was sentimental as it was my Mom’s, Grandmother’s sapphires.
I don’t know where that earring was before but it appeared in the middle of the carpet today.
“Nothing is lost” it does take me sometime to remember … Believing is the thing.
