This week took me deeper, and further. I still pull on the exercises from week 1 all the time. They’re my artisan tools alongside my main Neville tools!
My stress levels are now reduced to a pretty much non existent level.
This is incredible considering that I am not on any medication other than my Neville diet 😉 I’ve created a very successful and busy month at work, my gym will be winning club of the month (the most important month) for sure! With this came a lot of “side creations”, which I could have perceived as obstacles, problems or whatnot and get myself into a frenzy!
Now…… I have co-workers asking me “how am I not getting stressed out by X, Y or Z”, a-ma-zing!!!
Having said this I’ve had a couple of days when I got bumped from my state, it was hectic and i wasn’t able to jump right back into my desired state on the spot. I got bumped and resolved to using the tools when back home and revised things. I really wanted to post a question about it on the group but was busy and never got round to it, I did however imagine doing it and getting the answers and guidance I needed.
And that’s exactly what happened!
Things popped up in the chats that were the answers to my questions, MM lesson arrived with more answers, the show, gave more insight, and boom I got right back into it! Now I’m able to get back into who I want to be much quicker, often without doing an official session, a great skill to have 🙂
The way this week’s lessons helped me was looking at the apparent “setbacks” as circumstances that bring me closer to something bigger, or closer to who I want to become.
The Golden Lesson…
….which I replayed many times was “fix the system not the symptom”.
When I stopped imagining stress and problems and imagined me happy and successful at work a chain of events occurred to support that state. My boss who was giving me a hard time haven’t spoken to me this week week, I had visits from other superiors who were very supportive, fun and kept praising the great work I’m doing and results I’m achieving. It all turned around so quickly when I changed Me, my thoughts, my imaginary acts, my behaviours!
Lesson 27 about the eye exercises is one that I will keep practicing and find fascinating.
When I first tried it, my eyes did exactly what you said they would, they’d bounce their own way after about 15 seconds. Pffff I got frustrated, I noticed immediately that I’m giving meaning to it (I’ve must have tight neurons, this is hard), so I stopped imagining that, relaxed, explored a few different meanings and within a few minutes I was able to relax my eyes for a minute in either position, win! It helps me to snap out of something I don’t want to be imagining.

This is still jut a snippet of all the goodies happening with me! I’ve manifested expensive items, LOTS of attention from hot men, I’m having a blast 🙂
I’m so impressed with how everything has changed around me in just 4 weeks. Wow, this is now me.
