Newbie Neville Goddard Questions – Free Neville Goddard

Free Neville Goddard I am truly enjoying the downloads that you sent me as well as articles, audios and your website! Thank you both so very much!!! I do have a newbie question. Are we supposed to go into the akin to sleep state and imagine how we want our life to be? Are these what are considered sessions? If so how long should we aim for doing them? Or do we just walk around imagining? I am having somewhat of a difficult time not seeing how I want things to be through my own eyes -it is always with me in the picture. Hi Kristina,

To help you manifest effectively and get the most out of the Neville Goddard Project, let’s explore your questions, one by one below and share some of the resources on the site with you.

  • Are we supposed to go into the state akin to sleep and imagine how we want our life to be?  Doing a formal “sit down” session 2 or 3 times a day really helps you learn how to control your imagination effectively.  Most people who skip this at the beginning either give up because of frustration – or end up doing that basic practice later – after wasting months of time.
  • How long should a session be? You might want to try out sessions that are 5 to 15 minutes in length. The first 5 minutes getting into the state akin to sleep. Then a few minutes creating the scene and anchoring it in with a specific anchor event – a SINGLE ACT – and then finalizing the scene with just a general feeling of gratitude.
  • Do we just walk around imagining? You can. We are all imagining all the time anyway.  Might as well prune the vine and focus the imagination during the day. Note: Formal sessions are important – no matter how beginner or advanced you might be. Neville did them, and that says something.
  • I am having a difficult time doing a session – and not seeing my body in the image. Is this something that will change with practice? Absolutely. The more you practice moving from dissociated (seeing your body) and then moving into associated (seeing through your own eyes) the more ease you will find naturally being in that ever so powerful state.

    Hi Kristina, I just wanted to share with you how I managed to place myself into my Feel it Real sessions. As TT can confirm I have achieved the “impossible” not so long ago, so I really believe in this incredible website which gives so much to us.

    What I started with, was simply observing my.daily actions: watched my hands as I prepared dinner, picked up the telephone, gardened, hugged my children, etc. Then I kept these mental pictures to incorporate into my sessions. At first it was an effort. I would focus on my hands doing the action, notecing my rings, nails and whatever else was required. I wound notice my feet walking and eventually it became easy for me to make this part of the session. It does become easier, keep trying and you will succeed. Dreams do come true, we are fortunate to have people like TT and Victoria to show us the shortcuts. As I write this, I am in Hawaii, fulfilling yet another one of my desires.
