Living in the End… Our experiences with Neville’s teachings

Mr Twenty Twenty and Victoria,

I’ve been practicing Neville’s techniques since the early 80’s. I was introduced to Neville’s work by Rev. Jack Boland, a Unity minister in Detroit, who was teaching exoteric Christianity at the time. Back then, I was in my mid 20’s and my mind was very noisy and terribly undisciplined. But Jack inspired me to practice (Feel It Real) daily, focusing on my desires, while using Neville’s techniques to the best of my ability.

In time the techniques really began to work. As I practiced and gained confidence with the techniques, they began to work with greater and greater consistency. These days, I’ve been practicing for over 35 years.. And every time I put the principles to work they work splendidly and always manifest that which I intend. The results often amaze me, turning out even better than I had imagined. Here is one example…

One summer weekend, my wife Christine and I took a day trip over to an art fair on the lake in Oscoda Michigan. As we entered the grounds, a Lions Club group was there selling raffle tickets to raise funds to support their organization’s programs. Feeling generous in the moment and knowing the Lions club is a great organization, I purchased 10 raffle tickets. The grand prize was a large hand-hewn cedar swing, that could easily seat four and it was almost identical to a wooden swing on which my wife had swung her baby daughter to sleep, while on vacation at the lake, some 30 years prior.

While I was printing my name on the tickets, the lady sitting next to me said… “don’t bother to fill out your tickets because I’m going to win that swing”.. I immediately quipped back, “well that may be so but, you will have to out visualize my wife and I, if you do.” Christine was sitting on the swing, slowly swinging back and forth with her eyes closed, in what appeared to be an apparent state of reverie.

I smiled to myself, knowing what she was up to… At that moment my Neville training kicked in… I closed my eyes and visualized the stain glass drum that the tickets would be drawn from and saw them drawing one of my tickets from the drum and audibly calling out my name, once, then twice, than a third time…

Later my wife told me that, in the same moment, she was remembering the day on the lake when she was rocking her baby to sleep and thinking to herself how wonderful it would be to own a swing like the one she was sitting on… The memory of long ago brought tears to her eyes. Then she returned to the present moment and visualized us disassembling the swing and carefully packing it into my VW van for the ride home…

I handed the tickets to the fellow at the booth and we continued on with our day, without giving the swing and raffle tickets another thought. We had a wonderful afternoon touring the grounds and taking in the local artisans’ beautiful creations. When we arrived home early that evening, the answering machine was blinking away, so as my normal routine would have it, I pushed the play button to see who called…

The machine chirped “YOU HAVE ONE MESSAGE” then continued with, “I have some wonderful news for you, this is the Lions club and we are calling to let you know that you won our grand prize, that hansom cedar bench swing… Please give us a call so we can arrange a time for you to come over and pick it up..”.

In the morning, I called them back and said it would take a day or so to rent a trailer in order to pick up the swing. The lady then said that her husband had a trailer and he would be pleased to deliver the swing to my door for only the cost of fuel for his truck. Mind you, this was a six hour round trip that he was offering to make as a gift for supporting his organization.

Again, Neville comes through… not only did we manifest the swing that Christine has always wanted, but we also were gifted its delivery for a fraction of the cost if we had picked it up ourselves… That event was several years ago and Neville’s teachings still continue to amaze and delight us at every opportunity…
