- You are not the meat suit. You are the sacred spark. The sacred spark can create wildly and wonderfully. The meat suit can’t. The job of the meat suit in manifesting is to help you notice – you did a great job. It’s the “first duck”. And when that first duck moves (your breathing and your behavior) the rest of the universe follows.
- Expect what you want. Don’t hope you will get it. Expect it. Expect amazing changes, because you have experienced the FEELING that it is done. And remember, each vision has it’s own divinely appointed hour.
- Stop Skipping The State Akin To Sleep. This is maybe the most important and most overlooked part of The Formula – that many people keep insisting they don’t have to do. We all have 24 hours a day, investing a few extra minutes 3 times a day to enter into that lovely CREATIVE state – is one of the best investments you can make.
