“I’m feeling a very large sense of power…”
Hello Twenty,
Through the 14 days I’ve been doing your course I’ve made a lot of improvements.
I can easily notice when I start to react to the outer world, and I can bring the attention back in and tell myself that the situation itself means nothing but that my imagination is going wild again.
I’ve been able to shrug things off and go back to my desired state without judging myself or holding my reactions against me.
I’ve also been able to mentally laugh at others (not in a mean way but just knowing that I was once there as well) who react so quickly and go all in on being mad and upset about a silly problem which means nothing.
It’s strange to know that I was once like that and even weirder to know that the only thing that made me mad or sad was myself!
Im feeling a very large sense of power over my life coming out. It quite literally feels like my minds eye is opening, its hard to explain.
Thank you for your wonderful course! I can’t wait to grow even more throughout the weeks!
