Hi TT and V:
In a little over a week I will be 73.
I am a Type 2 diabetic. Every 3 or 4 months I do blood and urine tests for my doctor. A few days ago I did my tests and here are the results. My A1C is down to 6.4 from 6.7 four months ago, and my albumin/creatinine ratio is down to 6.2 from 17.0 four months ago.
These are great results!
In my Feel It Real sessions I have been imagining being in my doctor’s office and hearing him say, “These are great results. Keep up the good work.” I will see him in 3 weeks and I am sure he will be very excited. Note: I pay the lab a fee to give me my results before I go to see my doctor.
Of course, I do other things to support my health…
I train at the gym and I eat healthy foods – no coke, no DQ ice cream, no cake, no junk. Once in a blue moon I make an exception.
