Neville’s Three Steps:
- Define what you want to be.
- Cease wanting it and appropriate it by…
- Making the feeling something that is real now.
Here is how to REALLY refine what you want to be.
- You don’t want a million dollars – you want to be a millionaire.
- You don’t want a girlfriend – you want to be a great boyfriend in a great relationship. (Reverse the sexes as needed.)
- You don’t want the doctor to give you a perfect bill of health – you want to be “the healthy one”.
Notice how that first shift, moving from wanting a thing to defining what you want to BE, makes it much more REAL feeling. (Notice how your body shifts when you read them.)
- And the next stop… “stop wanting” it. Stop saying you want to be healthy and start FEELING healthy. Get up and move. Eat something good. Stretch. Breathe deep. (Those are things that healthy people do.
And finally, how do you make the FEELING something that is real NOW?
- Continue to do what that kind of person does. That and follow the Feel It Real Formulas – because when you do 3 sessions a day (while waking up, while falling asleep and mid day) you are FEEDING the state that you choose to walk from.
