Let’s dive in with the words of Neville:
Man is constantly looking about his world and asking, “What’s to be done? What will happen?” when he should ask himself “Who am I? What is my concept of myself?” – Neville Goddard
Let’s notice where Neville begins. Instead of starting with questions that are almost always driven by fear (“what’s to be done” and “what will happen”), Neville BEGINS by having us focus on noticing:
- “Who are you?”
- “What is your concept of you?”
While here on earth, Neville taught that we will always have bumps in the road, but that The Law (Feeling-It-Real) will help smooth them out. And the most important part of Feeling-It-Real is to notice:
- Who are you? (Do you notice or believe that you truly are one with God? That is who you REALLY are.)
- What is your concept of you? (My concept of me – includes being a great teacher and businessman, a loving husband, and a great puppy dad. What’s yours?)
Here’s why Neville said this was VITAL to your success…
You will live up to or down to – the concept you have of you. If you think you are weak, or a victim or doomed – or doubt that this will work for you – you will be proven right.
And you have the Power and the Right to do this because…
You are one with God, the creator of all. Being one with God, the concept you have of you – and of your life – can’t help but become true.
So begin with a Noble Aim, and always Follow The Formula. If you feel that your business is doomed or that you are powerless against the tide – you will be proven right. But on the other hand Naomi, if you choose to have a concept of self that is strong, noble, passionate and successful – you will be – because you already are in consciousness.
Dive in, dive deep. You are so worth it.

“Be ye doers of the Word” (Imagination) and not doers of the World (Senses).
Imagination must create our world and not the other way around. Most of us still live in the old feedback loop: we let our imagination be influenced by the world around us, and thus our imagination reproduces the same old world, with the same old pitfalls.
Now that we’ve heard the truth (water), let us turn it into wine (practical application), by imagining the world and our experience of it as we would wish them to be, and live in the end NOW! Feel it real!
There is no place for worry, fear and doubt, the locusts that eat away our good/God.
You want your business to succeed? Imagine it already IS, which is probably the case since other shops are closing while yours is still afloat. Feel the success and rejoice in it!
And if you ever feel unsure whether this business is actually the right fit for you, just imagine yourself fulfilled and leading the kind of life you wish to live, and the perfect means to achieve such a life will make themselves known to you.
