My friend has a property he is trying to sell.
Over the past several years, the market values of properties have dropped here, and his has dropped to about one third of it’s value.
For the last year I have persisted in seeing his property sold for what he is asking and I revise his negative weekly conversations with me about the property both real time and when I hang up the phone.
I have applied all the tools to this, and my question is, if he is so adamant about the ‘facts’ relating to property market and doom/gloom etc is his imagining overpowering mine?
He genuinely wants to sell the property to enable his relatives to buy property.
