Ever notice, DOUBT happens when you get WOUND UP about something – not happening?
Getting wound up – has you bouncing off the walls – inside your mind – worried AND THEN depressed about a WHAT IF what you really want doesn’t happen.
Or worse, what if it doesn’t happen for you, and someone ELSE gets YOUR BLESSING and YOU have to see that EVERY SINGLE DAY.
HOW DO YOU ELIMINATE THAT LEVEL OF DOUBT?
(Let’s see what Neville has to say.)
The First Principle
“So tonight I want to talk to you about the first principle, which you can always fall back on when in DOUBT.”
“This first principle is: “Be still and know that I am God.”
“No matter what happens turn within and be still. Know that your awareness is God and that all things are possible to you.” – Neville Goddard
STOP AND BE STILL – Don’t “raise your vibration”.
So if you want to destroy doubt – stop and be still.
Don’t raise your vibration – that will either feel like work – or in the end have you even more frantic then depressed.
Instead – STOP – be still. (Get there is a MASSIVE difference?)
Don’t RUN for help…
...to others – to your “higher self” – to your “angels”.
STOP and be still.
Dive deeper into the daily lessons.
REMEMBER – YOU are the power!
Don’t blame your Mom or your Mother in Law for breaking your state – be still.
Discover THE POWER you are!
Remember, there is NO ROOM…
….for doubt when you are noticing what you really are.
In the stillness of YOU, you have that sense of peace, that sense of knowing, and What you have chosen and felt as real, is now rock solid guaranteed.
Your job is to be still..
… and to remember who and what you are, and live from the state of the wish fulfilled.
And you can ONLY do that – if you are TRULY Following-The-Formula. And it all begins with…
THE FIRST PRINCIPLE
So when doubt sneaks up on you, stop and be still. It is in being still that you will begin to know at deeper and deeper levels the truth about you – that sets you free.

Hey TT and V, thanks for checking in!
Just to let you know, I’ve been exploring all things Neville with your help and trying to cull out the bullshit of everywhere else. There are two things that I have absolutely been expanding: 1) the quickness of entering a state. The “Girls Giggled” has absolutely been the bedrock of it all…reminding me of how quick we attach meaning to EVERYTHING; and, 2) the action of being a participant in the imaginal act.
The “Girls Giggled” experience has offered me the opportunity to identify quickly the state that I’m in. Just the habit of noticing has made it the foundation of my day. It’s crazy how VAST and FAST those attachments are. I’m just glad I’m having the experience of creating the habit of “noticing”.
Just that little habit alone has diffused and dissolved events instantly and has allowed me to CHOOSE the state I’m in. And, not to mention, the power of Revision combined with that just amplifies the results.
In my exploration, I have also discovered a fantastic way of knowing the difference between being a participant and being a spectator. I regularly go on walks in our local park which has very scenic trails with foliage and animal life. The trails make subtle turns and ups and downs which add to the experience.
I was contemplating the experience of being a participant in the action versus a spectator when I had the urge to start closing my eyes as I walked, picturing the scene in front of me, and continuing to walk forward. I did this for short distances (for obvious safety reasons).
While I had my eyes close, my imagination wasn’t. I was seeing my feet hit the ground…I was seeing the path in front of me…l was hearing the sounds around me…I was smelling the scents of the flowers and the dirt of the path…I was sensing the inclines and the turns…I was feeling my breath go in and out.
It was incredible the sensation it provided me of being the active participant. I
t absolutely NAILED knowing the difference. I’m diving in and using it on other activities as well.
