The Pearl of Great Price lecture has had a profound effect on me this week.
I have read this message presented in so many ways by other teachers and the penny has never dropped into a genuine feeling of understanding. Suddenly I get the message of the other authors/teachers, and I feel like I have been asleep this whole time.
So much has changed in the time that have been dabbling in Neville’s messages before finally committing to…
…doing a lesson every day, and I now realise that I was just getting ready to absorb the message and live it. Last year, after I had started the course temporarily and been reading Neville lectures, I decided to find a way get back to what I considered my playing weight after trying for years to lose weight.
“Suddenly options to achieve sustainable and realistic weight loss started to appear before me. I chose intermittent fasting and progressed on to one meal a day over the last 12 months. Now I’m down over 20 kilos, fitting into clothes I haven’t been able to wear for 20 years, but kept as motivation, and feeling great.”
I’ve gone back to meditation daily after a long break and now can’t imagine starting or finishing my day without it. I’m now journaling daily to capture my magic moments and remember all of the wonderful things in my life to be grateful for.
